What does the International Project Coordinator do?

As an international Project Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless execution of events, projects, and programmes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Globalisers programmes: manage our 12-week internationalisation readiness programmes for groups of 6-8 scale-ups in sectors like Energy & Mobility, SaaS, and Cybersecurity.
  • Scaling to Market programmes: empower founders to scale into new markets by building Go-to-Market strategies through market visits.
  • Other internationalisation programmes: execute various internationalisation initiatives for our clients.


Key activities include:

  • Programme management: lead projects from start to finish together with the Programme Lead. Tasks include planning, expert involvement, participant communication, team updates, and post-programme evaluations.
  • Participant scouting and selection: identify and select participants for our programmes.
  • Content creation: develop key materials to design and deliver our programmes.
  • Event management: ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Communication: maintain alignment and information flow with entrepreneurs, experts,  and partners.

  • You are experienced in project management.
  • You are a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • You are fluent in English (bonus points if you speak Dutch).
  • You are based in and/or eligible to work in the Netherlands.
