We designed and ran an end-to-end international sourcing process for JetBrains, identifying 30 high-potential developer-tool startups across the USA, UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland. From that pool we selected seven finalists and delivered a structured readiness programme to prepare them for corporate engagement, resulting in one startup moving into a live pilot project with JetBrains.

We combined international startup scouting with hands-on preparation, ensuring that the startups we brought forward weren't just promising on paper but ready to work with a corporate partner in practice. The result was a process that created real value on both sides, for JetBrains as an innovation partner, and for the startups gaining their first enterprise foothold.
